Pamac error: Invalid package architecture

Recently getting this pamac error:

Maybe caused by latest upgrade: libpamac-aur (11.6.4-1 → 11.6.4-2)

Hello,

I have pamac-aur 11.7.1-5 and libpamac-aur 11.6.4-6 installed coming from cachyos repo, but when I try to install php82-fpm, I get the same error message. Did I miss something?

My pacman.conf’s Architecture reads auto.

I think we’re good here, I discovered paru in the meantime, and was able to compile as needed php82. Thanks so much.

I love CachyOS so far!

Despite a lot of google and trying different things I’m also getting the no valid architecture error with pamac-aur 11.7.2-4 and libpamac-aur 11.7.0-7 from the cachyos repository. Would love to see this fixed for/in the new year

As of 2025.03 this error still appears
pamac-aur and pamac-flatpak,
And even more non AUR version of those has also this error:

I give up no pamac, and created PaSimple with help of ucncle ChatGPT ,
You need python-gobject, gtk3 and yay to run it:

To anyone still experiencing this, the PKGBUILD git repo has the patch that fixes this. so build that.
