Please tell when there will be python 3.13.0, Currently 3.12.7.0 .

Some packages are not supporting python 3.13.0. You can install python 3.13.0 (actually 3.13.1 is available) in a separate location and use virtual environment with python 3.13.x. System wide it is safer to stick with 3.12.7 for now.
