6.18 is already available.
Its not been released for v3 repositories yet

And some variants of the kernel .. like eevdf-lto, etc.
Not sure why the discrepancy .. as its been this way for more than a day.
( Written from a v3 machine where linux-cachyos is still 6.17.9-2 at the moment. )
So to the title question we might answer “soon” if not already “now”.
