It’s not unique to CachyOS, it’s something that can be enabled on Arch Linux based distributions. But CachyOS enables this by default which archinstall probably doesn’t.
comment/uncomment ILoveCandy in /etc/pacman.conf

I recall manjaro did. In a sort of weird move - and if I remember correctly it was actually something spiteful by the maintainer at the time.
