This is a fresh install of latest cachyos. Currently I’m using 125% scaling. There are weird looking and blurry fonts. On 100% scale there are fine.
Is this just a Plasma and a scaling issue or is it me?

Fractional scaling on Wayland has some issues still especially blurry or unfocused fonts. I use usually 100% because if that it might be some issues in plasma only or Wayland or both, but it has been know issue on fractional scaling on Wayland
did you log out or restart after you set it to 125?
yes and it didnt fix itself. I went back to 100% and increased the fonts instead.
did you increase fonts from accessibility settings? usually there with large fonts does the trick
no i increased the size from the “Text & Fonts” settings page
