I am typing this on brave and the window behind and to the left, is Kate’s window.
Kate’s window titlebar and borders keeps flashing, and the left part of this browser window’s border also flashes where it is overthe top of the kate window.
It gets worse if I move my mouse. It seems to die down when I stop moving my mouse but still happens like intermittent card windscreen wipers when the car is stopped at traffic lights.
This is not just confined to my brave browser window and kate, the same thing happens with other windows.
I wish I could video it to show.
How can I fix this because it is extremely annoying?
