Not really a thing in Linux for some reason.
I like using it for any system, especially the one hooked up to my TV/stereo, if the youtube album, whatever I’m playing is a still image, it’s gunna burn into the screen.

Maybe another way, but this is how I got it to work.
Go to screen locking, set time, uncheck Lock, no password.
Top right click on Configure, slideshow, random, select image/s.

Personally, I like Matrix, downloaded 1920x1080 gif, added it to the wallpaper folder, selected (tick) it only.

You can download more wallpaper plugins and apply most of them on the lock screen.

Personally I use Shader Wallpaper for Plasma6, but some of the shaders are GPU heavy.
