Leaks don’t happen every time keep monitoring and testing at least month to be fully sure no leaks.
If you had leaks that could mean the leaks comes from ISP side nit client side
I have had leaks so often and sometimes even on VPN since ISP trying to listen my traffic etc and using VPN blocks and other methods so wire guard always open and network diagnostics on
