System hard-freezes ~30 seconds after cold boot or wake from long sleep

I am at my wits end. I have a fresh install of CachyOS after transitioning from Windows. Whenever I boot my computer after a long period, or wake it from sleep after a long period, about 30 seconds post boot, the entire system locks up completely. The screen is frozen, no inputs are recognized, I can’t even switch to the TTY. I have to hard reset my computer. After this, it works perfectly fine, this is ONLY an issue with these “cold” boots after long periods of inactivity.

This was never an issue with my Windows install, the only issues I had were occasionally oddities with XMP, however I have disabled XMP and this issue still occurs. I don’t see in the system logs anywhere where this could have happened, the logs seem to just end, and each time this happens, the last entry in the log file is different, sometimes its complaining about the kernel, other times its some Nvidia error. See the previous boot journalctl for the logs on the crashed boot.

Bug Report: a49dad7

Hardware:

  • B650E Aorus Elite X AX ICE
  • Ryzen 7 7800x3d
  • Corsair DDR5-6000 CL36
  • Nvidia RTX 5070Ti
  • WD Black SN850X

Fixes I’ve already tried:

  • Disabling XMP
  • Updating BIOS
  • Setting boot options: pci=noerr pcie_aspm=off
  • Updating kernal to latest version
  • Disabling sched-ext and ADIOS

Please help me! I really want to make the full switch to Linux, and this is the LAST issue I’m still facing, but if I can’t get it fixed it might honestly be a deal breaker :frowning:
