System hangs for a long time during reboot

When I reboot the system hangs at the first line for 2.5 minutes and I do not understand why. I will attach an image of the issue. Any help would be appreciated. I do not even know where to start on this one.

can you boot on USB iso live cachyos
open a terminal an provide

inxi -Fza

is this coming just after update ?

Absolutely. No, fresh install. I should add I am using the rEFInd boot manager.

I just tried booting to my live USB install and the boot manager loaded and chose cachy os and it booted to a black screen. This can not be run from my normal desktop?

can you try to open a TTY ?
press Ctrl + Alt + PFkeys ( number 2 to 8 )

Where do I do that? Ctrl + Alt + PFkeys ( number 2 to 8 )? Not sure I understand.

have you still a black screen ?
a TTY ( console ) can be open by press Ctrl + Alt + PFKn ( number 3 to 6 )

if not , reboot on USB iso Cachyos ,
open a terminal

do a chroot , an then send report

sudo cachos-chroot 
sudo cachyos-bugreport.sh

I can boot to my cachy desktop. This is what I get from my terminal.

you try to connect to KDE with wayland ? , not X11 ?
check in your journalctl

sudo journalctl -b0

For TTY it must be Ctrl + ALt + F3 until Ctrl + ALt + F6.

Ctrl + ALt + F1 is your workspace.
Ctrl + ALt + F2 show the login screen (no function possible).
So far on my notebook. (Tks SGS)

Pretty sure it is wayland.

I just put that in the terminal and I think it just sent a log.
