a friend stayed over and filled my storage without me noticing on weird system behaviour I tried to update and see if that fixes the issue during the update it kinda filed and glitched similiar to when explorer freezes on windows which confused me as linux typically doesnt really behave that way so I tried restarting and updating again how ever after retsrating the system never booted didnt apparently which I noticed later during the update the storage was full and I somehow bricked my system I tried using cachy-chroot from a live iso to update the packages and fix things how ever due to a snapper issue I am stuck on trying to circumvent the hook but as this doesn’t work due to the chroot privileges and not being able to use system commands I tried to find a solution to make the system work using some form of files from the live iso as I do noit have really rpactical experience in luinux I tried couple things from forums and videos and everything even AI but nothing seemed to work not getting files from live iso and putting them onto the broken system nor was I able to update the system using the live iso pacman nor was I able to use the live iso install to install the base packages again as the partitions being there already conflict with the installer any suggestions what else I could try? I tried many many many things for the past 2 months and couldnt fix it due to a lack in knowledge.
Linux 6.12.43-3-cachyos-lts is what fastfetch shows when I cachy-chroot into the broken system. here is the full fast fetch:

I deleted some things using dolphine like private files and a few games the said friend downloaded that unfortunate night sadly on the wrong partition so I am stuck here right now idk if like steam default partition only work with the accoutn u were logged into or what ever and how this storage fiasco happened but it did (most important is probably retaining the brave browser files as I had not yet a sync chain and many projects n stuff just hassle to get everything a new)
I also liked the challenge at the beginning and was learning quiet a bit about linux how ever it stopped being fun
alternatively to a few suggestions what to do to fix the system would be ways to backup the data so I can clean install and have my settings and such all alive I am not shy of doing the manual work I just donw know which folders hold my system settings my brave browser settings steam account settings which accounts are signed in and if I can even back up these things with 2fa enabled everywhere it would bring more than a dozen reauthentication messages probably. I also welcome any automatic tools if I am honest.
