CachyOs is perfect on live usb without rolling release updates, then latter i decided to install it in my hp probook 4440s because is perfect at running all h264 videos with vaapi specially on firefox Navigator through youtube 1080p 60fps and many websites and media players, but cachyOS installed it is no the same experiencie, many problems with artifacts like endeavour OS after update bot two OS, the new updates its causing errors on intel mesa stack, the three kernels (arch, lts, and mainline) cannot fix the artifacts error’s, please give me support, the cachy os for me is the best tunned distro for my hardware performance experiencie, like no others in this world.
SOLVED: I downgraded the Intel video driver:
copy and paste the commands in order
paru -S downgrade (or choose) yay -S downgrade
sudo downgrade mesa lib32-mesa opencl-mesa lib32-opencl-mesa (make all downloads match the build version)
pacman -Q | grep mesa a (make all packages match the build version except vulcan)
sudo nano /etc/pacman.conf (copy & paste) IgnorePkg = mesa lib32-mesa opencl-mesa lib32-opencl-mesa
reboot system
Latest working version of the video driver: 1:26.0.6-1 for Intel Hd graphics 3000 sandy bridge, now running the best operating system. Thankyou cachy os Developers.
