Just wanted to say hello. got Cachy OS for about 2 months now, migrated from Ubuntu after 20 years.

Overall CachyOS is fast, but that rolling updates are making problems sometimes with Howdy, extensions ofcourse (cause no time to update them), but overall it was a good decision for now.

you can always keep some package ignored for a while tho, via /etc/pacman.conf
you can then update it manually later on as you wish, it just will make excluded from auto update
