Hello, I’m a new user of CachyOS. I installed the system, and every time I start it, SteamOS appears, and I can’t do anything. I minimize the windows, but nothing happens. I enter with Ctrl+Shift, F2, or F2, then I launch the plasma from the console. It’s a real mess.
I think you mean steam big picture mode.
Did you install the handheld version of cachyOS by chance?
Yeah mean steam big picture mode,but i chose plasa kde .Didint chose on purpose handhel ver.
What can i do.I tried to turn off steam but don’t work . 
If you do have the handheld version of cachyOS then I recommend reinstalling the operating system using the desktop edition.
if you are on the desktop edition then steam is starting in “big picture mode”, i am fairly certain that there is a setting option in steam that can turn that off.
let me know if you can’t find it.
Thanks a lot, you were right, it was a portable version, I didn’t even realize it was something like that. I already have a desktop and it works for me. Thanks again, I spent all day yesterday and I had enough.
