Hi, I just installed CatchyOS and it was working perfectly. A few hours into using it at some point when I click Steam Runtime it instead launches Steam Native. I have no way to open Steam Runtime and can only ever get Native to start.
Hi Vik, this happens because of the window class ownership that’s set in steam’s .desktop file. See [1]. AFAIK, steam-runtime is correctly opened, it’s just the window class that’s messing up. Thanks.

Thank you. So nothing to do on my end, just wait for Valve to fix it?
It’s a packaging problem, so it’s something that CachyOS/Arch needs to fix.
