Sound problems KDE

Hello everyone.
I use my laptop at home with a Thunderbold dock. The external monitor is connected via USB-C DP. Previously, I had the option of outputting the sound via USB-C to HDMI in the sound settings. This option has now suddenly disappeared and I can only output the sound via the laptop’s speakers and no longer via the monitor. Does anyone have any idea why this could be?

This option is suddenly no longer available.

Hi, I’ve noticed the same issue too, in the meantime I’ve got the external display output back by downgrading the “alsa-ucm-conf” from version “1.2.13-1” to version “1.2.12-1” (previous one). It seems the new version is only in testing in Arch’s repositories.

Cheers

Hey, it worked. Thank you very much.
Is there already a problem message?

Is there a way to exclude the update until the error has been corrected?

it is already corrected
