hello! i’m gonna try my best to explain this issue because it’s kinda weird and isn’t being consistent, im kinda new too so please be patient ^^
it is a sound and mic issue, and maybe some network issues? none of which happen on windows
the sound and mic issue:
i can’t hear any music on spotify, but i can hear sounds everywhere else. however, when i test left and right audio channels, the left channel comes out the right earbud (the one labeled R on my actual iems) and vice versa
and vesktop (discord) isnt recognizing my mic at all, even though its being recognized in volume control. here are my audio and volume control settings:
port: headphones profile:analog stereo duplex
port: microphone (unplugged) profile: analog stereo duplex
heres the possible network issue, it keeps coming and going without me doing anything in particular:
while i was troubleshooting yesterday, i went to youtube to test out a video and it never loaded… meanwhile every other part of the internet was loading fine and i even ran a speedtest to get my usual results. it’s gone for now but it was just there like 30 minutes ago and i don’t know if i did anything to make it go away this time.
the audio and mic issue is also coming and going without me doing anything in particular
