So very Microsoft

Hi

I deliberately did not select printer support, but it got installed anyway.

Wi-Fi does not seem to want to work, despite being installed and ‘connected’.

I think it is best if I wipe the partition, and accept I am not clever enough to use cachyOS, and will stick with debian, Mint and W11 et al.

It is very very slow, and temper-mental.

Back to ethernet connection.

I tried TWICE to install cachy-browser, and 100% failure rate.

So a slow, ugly, weird and problematic distro is what I am facing.

So dis-appointing.

I could go on ‘n’ on ‘n’ …

does not use cachy-browser is broken for now
use firefox

Is this a rant or do you want support?

WIFI not working is not a feature of cachy, nor is being extra-slow .. so we must conclude that something or other is wrong.

But if you are not using cachy any longer then this thread should just be closed.

Nobody is forced to use CachyOS. :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

stop crying… you are in texas right?
