I don’t know the specific update causing the issue (i was hit with 147 at once), but i have narrowed it down to KDE, Wayland, or Plasma. The behavior i am seeing is when I plug in a Display Port External Monitor to my HP displaylink dock screen goes black with mouse cursor visible. Keybound Shortcuts bring up their apps, and Ctrl+Alt+Del works to reboot nothing else works. Un plugging the DP monitor does nothing until reboot with it disconnected. Rolled back to before updates and everything works normal.
