Coming to you with the following issue: system boots up almost properly, the last boot message is the targer reached timer units, and then it stops, I have to go to tty and manually restart plasma login to get to the plasma login screen.

It started after I updated to kernel 7.08-1-cachyos (same issue on on the lts kernel).
I tried rolling back with snapper, but I have systemd-boot so I screwed up something, went into emergency mode, had to chroot and reinstall the packages.
This morning I updated to 7.09-1-cachyos and the issue persists.
