Will removing these packages impede or disrupt performance of NVIDIA?
I am on a laptop and wanting only NVIDIA without causing other issues. I did have i915 and xe modules blacklisted but it was causing system restart to not function and stalling on a black screen. I haven’t tried again recently but nvtop shows only NVIDIA gpu in use currently. Also I have set in kernel parameters:
i915.modeset=0
