You can mark (flag) his/her topics as SPAM too. I already did it.
The system of this forum does the job itself (disable/freeze the account of this user)

Not to mention, who ever is pushing this is casting a wide net, It has shown up on microsoft support forums, and on apple support forums.

I suppose if more members here mark some topic as SPAM (via flag), then moderators & admins are informed about it via the internal system of the forum and they freeze or disable the account of Spammer.
I think that @ptr1337 already received the notifications from the system.

It will be autoremoved when enough people have marked the post as spam. By default i think its 2 or 3 flags.

More users have already marked the topics as SPAM and all disappeared.

Edit; Good call @JosephLH , these spam accounts are annoying.

We can also just ban based on IP. We do not really want to include these kind of addons with a DB, since it might hurts privacy.
