I get this error every time I run system update?
You’d have to check the logs/journal, but in my case it was a failure for the notification to reboot to display. I think that may also be your case.

Hello, thank you for this fast response, I think you’re correct as I just ran sudo mkinitcpio -v -P and that error did not show up!
