Nobara vs CachyOS

In my limited experience so far (~9 months) Arch is not so “fragile” at all. The two times I could not boot were 1) a freeze at “Starting switch root” (which I still don’t have an explication or remedy for, but it never occurred since) and 2) when I accidentally created a 0-byte /boot/initramfs-linux-cachyos file :person_facepalming:

As long as you keep an LTS kernel as a fallback and don’t update every single day, I cannot confirm the infamous instability of Arch.

Using KDE, I don’t know about GNOME, but that sounds a lot like an partial upgrade scenario to me. Can some GNOME user confirm or falsify this?
