I am a new CachyOS user, moving my first steps into the Linux world after a lifetime on Windows. I am currently trying to configure my hardware with the help of an AI assistant, but we’ve hit a technical wall that we can’t overcome, so I’m looking for expert advice from the community.
My Build:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D

GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT

Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix B550-F Gaming WiFi

Cooler: Corsair iCUE H115i Elite Capellix (with the Commander Core hub).

Bootloader: I am using Limine.
The Issue:
On Windows, I use Fan Control and SignalRGB, and everything works perfectly without any conflicts. On CachyOS, here is what’s happening:

I initially installed openrgb-git and it worked perfectly: I was able to manage all my LEDs (both Corsair and Lian Li) without any issues.

Seeking a way to also control fan and pump speeds, I installed CoolerControl, but the app failed to detect the Corsair hub.

I then installed liquidctl. From that moment, a major conflict occurred: the fans connected to the Corsair hub started power cycling (turning off and on) in regular 2-3 second intervals, and I lost control over the device.

I noticed that after uninstalling liquidctl, OpenRGB starts working correctly again and the fan loop stops, confirming that the issue arises from trying to have these software/drivers coexist.
My Request:
I would like to be able to control both my fans and RGB stably, just as I do on Windows, but I don’t know how to prevent the software from “fighting” over the USB hub control on Linux. As a beginner, I am not sure how to properly configure permissions, udev rules, or kernel parameters in the Limine bootloader to manage this coexistence safely.
Could someone provide a step-by-step guide for a newbie on how to stabilize the Commander Core and prevent the fans from looping?
