My JBL Quantum 350 headphones dont play sound 90% of the time on linux while on windows it plays audio 99% of the time

I’m using the usb 2.4ghz dongle that comes with them and 10% of the time it has a chance to work when i select Analog Stereo Output or Digital Stereo (IEC958) Output in pavucontrol or the audio settings

Having the EXACT same issue. Have you ever found out how to fix it?
