CachyOS xfce login issue. Im using sddm as display manager. But after entering the password it doesn’t let me inside the gui(xfce desktop). Im using xfce only. I think. Every time i have to acces the tty and then type startxfce – :1 to enter the desktop
This is really a case for the guessing team.
Are you using the breeze theme?
Are there any error messages in the Journalctl?
At Last Found and fixed this issue just now. My issue was with the polkit
for testing i used consolekit and then reinstalled polkit. then it worked.
