LibFmt.so.10 needed not found by ananicy-cpp (req'd by cachyos-settings)

But at the time Fmt was already all the way up to 11 - and wasnt till later I figured out about the package ‘downgrade’ saved my butt - just throwing it out there have em both on pacignore status at 9.1 ->Fmt and spdlog 11 i believe - those two are frozen for now until i figure out a better solution

can we allow or check that ananicy-cpp - the one required by cachyos-settings package will allow a more recently upgraded “fmt” i think it was when spdlog came along needing more from fmt, newer, that it upgraded beyond 10 and had a non-functioning ananicy-cpp on my hands - -i might mention i had also installed miniconda prior which has fmt 9ish in it but not sure if thats related

the answer is the package downgrade for anyone else with this issue

you need to fix your system. all were properly rebuilt against latest fmtlib including ananicy-cpp

What happened to OP also happened to me some weeks ago. I run Arch with Cachy repos.

Your right and this is exactly what I did! Here how: paru -Rnsc ananicy-cpp. System fixed!

IMHO, ananicy is mainly useful on a system who run many heavy process at the same time, but it’s far to be my case, so my PC is doing well without it.

maybe had spdlog-git, fmt-git installed or any of the packages(spdlog, fmt, ananicy-cpp) install from other repos, or custom compiled.

its just not a problem with our repos
