Labwc-07.2-1 pkg out of sync with wlroots upgrade

labwc has wlroots>=0.17 dependency which now is in conflict with the update of wlroots to 0.18.0-1.1…

Incidentally there’s a new version of labwc (0.7.3) released 2 days ago. So maybe 2 birds, 1 stone ?
