KDE compositor bug with display rotation 8

My monitor config from kscreen-doctor. the display is choppy and only a small area is clickable the rest is static image. tried clearing cache; rebooting to lts kernel. the problem goes away with every other rotation value. The rotation value Rotated270 is the only config where this problem happens.

running CachyOS :

Linux 6.18.35-1-cachyos-lts
kwin 6.7.0 / plasmashell 6.7.0

kscreen-doctor output:

Solution

Just for some info;

This breaks meta + g and meta + tab commands
