Launcher is steam with that error message.
If I try to launch it from Lutris I get this error message:
You need a older dxvk version I think, since you GPU does not support it:
GeForce GT 650M
These using the 470 drivers (I think) and you need a 515 or newer driver.
How do I install an older dxvk?
Try to select in Steam Proton 7 or 8 (im not sure)
Hehe, now I have tried all different Proton versions compatability mode but nothing has worked.
I think it is as you mentioned earlier, that my GPU is not supported for this game. Strange thing is that it worked in Windows, I guess I have to use another computer with Windows to play it (or get a new computer with better GPU 
)
