Installing the CachyOS kernel in Ubuntu or Debian

I have to use Ubuntu for personal reasons and I would like to try the cachy os kernel as an alternative to xanmod or liquorix, has anyone tried to do this?

None of the 2 you mention, but this:

And welcome @efeme

Also if you choose to compile 6.19rc on a nVidia card it breaks that driver

Thanks, it worked, Iโ€™ll try it for a while and see how it goes :+1:

work on latest debian 13? ฤฑ will try

That exists. Not endorsed by the cachy team though.

That one has been archived in 2025 it seems.

Thanks for the correction!
