Installation of fanatec drivers

hi guys

i have an old fanatec porshe gt3 set up i want to use to play some games , i found some github app named hid-fanatecff , but i have no idea how to install it as i have never used github and the instruction are very unclear for me , if anyone could help me that would be cool , i searched the repo and could not find hid-fanatecff in it , here s the page i found for the github app

if someone can detail all i have to download and the commands i have to type to test if this app would work for my fanatec set up please ?

hi thanks for your answer , what is AUR ? it s not the cachyos package installer named REPO ? please add more details i am only 6 month into linux :sweat_smile:

AUR - Archlinux User Repository:

You can install pacakges from AUR using shelly or paru or yay or other AUR helper e.g:
paru -S hid-fanatecff-dkms

so the command will install and all i have to do is connect the set up ?

Yes, if you don’t have paru installed you can install it with: sudo pacman -S paru

i have installed paru and taped the fanatecff command , it returns all of this , is it good ?
