Installation in (refind + AI SDK) mode

Previously, the partition scheme for refind was to:

  1. Mount fat32 efi partition to /boot/efi.
  2. Create a 2048 MiB fat32 /boot partition.
  3. For / partition, select your choice for partition type .

Currently,
The wiki is recommending amounts to

  1. Make a efi partition of 2048 MiB and mount it as /boot.
  2. For / partition, select your choice for partition type .

I do not want to pollute the efi partition with anything other than efi entries. Can I go ahead with the previous way of partitioning?

Just found out that ROCm is not available to computers with integrated GPUs like Ryzen 5 5000 series Lucene GPU.

Hence, ROCm is not available for me and hence, no keed to go throught he refind + AI SDK route. Good old grub will do.

Yes, your gpu/cpu does not support rocm and is neither whitelisted for this. So just use another bootloader
