Hello folks,
I recently tried to install CachyOS on my laptop. But my first experience ends before i even come to the installation part.
After barely a minute, I encountered the problem that I could no longer type or click anything. The mouse moves, but nothing is interactive anymore. For example immediately after the welcome screen appears i try to connect to wifi, sometimes I even cant click “Connect” anymore sometimes i can tipp some characters of the password.
The laptop’s specs:
Manufacturer: HP
Modell: OmniBook Ultra 14-fd0770ng (B13BQEA)
CPU: AMD Ryzen™ AI 9 365
RAM: 32GB DDR5
GPU: AMD Radeon™ 880M (iGPU only)
If I am quick enough to open the console, I have spotted the following errors:
org_kde_powerdevil[1678]: [ 1678] Errir EACCES(-13): Permission denied opening /dev/isc-4
The error also occurs for the following devices up to and including isc-21
Multiple ACPI Bios Error:
ACPI BIOS Error (bug): Could not resolve symbol[_SB.PCI0.BUSA.VGA], AE_NOT_FOUND (20240827/dswload2-162)
ACPI ERROR: AE_ALREADY_EXISTS, During_ name looking/catalog (20240827/psobject-220)
What I have already tried:

Searching online for the error symptoms

Downloading the image again

Using a different USB stick

Checking the BIOS settings

Modifying the Grub settings

Using a dedicated keyboard and mouse

Hardware testing (CPU, RAM, nvme)

Updatet Bios

Reset Bios to factory default

tried 250530 iso to except a kernel version related issue

tried other live iso (they work f.e. endeavour os, which also utilizes kde on the live iso and is arch based)
