How to move persistent data browser data for a website from tmpfs (ram) to disk?

I’m using profile sync daemon to keep my browser profile in ram, how do i move the persistent data of my downloaded videos on youtube from this tmpfs to a persistent location (on disk) that’ll only be accessible by my user?

Doing this so I can get more storage for these downloads.

I don’t think that YouTube streams are fully cached in the profile folder for years.

Have you heard of the package yt-dlp? Not too sure, but hope it helps.

There are also dozens of online services that allow for downloading YT vids, but as they all operate in a legally grey area, I will not promote them here.

Really… If that is the case then where are they stored? (if by streams you mean in-app/ website downloaded videos, what i was asking)

What do you mean with in-app downloads? Firefox does not download the videos.

To download YouTube videos use yt-dlp
