Help installing Lenovo Legion Linux or a way to see the power profile settings

CachyOS is my first linux disrtro and I’ve been using it for about two weeks on my Lenovo LOQ 15ARP9. I ran into performance issues playing marvel rivals and currently looking for ways to troubleshoot whether it’s general compatibility problems or my machine acting up. The laptop “inherited” the power profiles from my windows install and Fn+Q works to switch between them, but I have no way of checking what each profile is actually set to when it comes to gpu clocks and wattage. Lenovo Legion Linux fails at building with error 2 that isn’t covered by instructions on the github page and it is generally dead in terms of replies to the issues for the past 6 months.
I apologize for this post being aimless but I am just kind of lost in terms of figuring out what parts of the os / kernel are responsible for laptop performance ( plasma “power profiles”, kernel doing its things, “game-performance” launch options and so on).
Here’s the bugreport in case it helps clarify anything: cachyos-bugreport
