Hi, All! I’m from Highland, Indiana, U.S. I’ve lurked around the CachyOS forums for months. Thought it was time to introduce myself and get a bit more active with y’all.
I’ve been using Linux for more than 20 years, ditched Windows permanently more than a decade ago. My Linux journey started with Debian way back in the day around 2001. Distro hopped a bit for years. Ubuntu, Fedora, openSUSE, Mint, Solus, Antergos, Manjaro, EndeavourOS, Arch, etc.
My Samsung laptop is running CachyOS Cosmic, while my desktop PC currently runs EndeavourOS KDE Plasma.
Already do! I’ve been running CachyOS KDE Plasma on my laptop since about July. Been loving it since. Did a clean install of CachyOS Cosmic a couple weeks ago. Really digging it a lot.
I’m from Northern California. US. Distro hopped alot. Was on Zorin OS for a long time and liked it. Decided to test the Arch linux waters. Extremely impressed with CachyOS. Has been my daily driver for about 3 months. Not going back to anything else. Love the speed and stability.
