If you installed Zen Browser through the optimized zen-browser-avx2-bin package, you need to replace it with the regular package as this optimized version has been dropped, that is, it is not receiving further updates.

Yes, that is right, but his decision dropping that was not good.
Basically, they used the wrong compiler version at PGO did not work at the “optimized” version. This has been fixed in llvm19 (released since over 6 months) and therefore he could still provide it
