I’m playing Wuthering Waves, but sometimes the Frame Generation option in DLSS settings don’t seem to work. What I mean is, when I disable it, it would give the same FPS (mangohud), enabling it again often gives the same FPS and smoothness too. The CPU and VRAM (6 GB iirc) are also almost maxxed (because the area is CPU demanding, thanks to UE4 being single-threaded or something), I wonder if this can make the frame generation failed.
I’m on Nvidia driver 610.43.02 (should be the one installed automatically by Cachy when updating system).

Also performance is also inconsistent at the same area/place. if I teleport to a different region/area with heavier CPU processing, then teleport back to the previous area, that area would have worse performance, the only way to fix it is by restarting the game. Idk if this is a game bug or Nvidia bug but I don’t remember having this issue in Windows months ago. Asking just in case.
I tried reducing/disabling shadows and crowd density but it doesn’t affect the performance at all.
