Forced clean at boot

Every time when the system starts, this last “clean” my CachyOS partition and this takes about two minutes to do it. I receive this message in the console:
"Clean: (number of) files, (number of) folders.
What is the cause and is it possible to eliminate this inconvenience?
Thank you.

Do you talk about fsck? Which filesystem you are using?

I use ext4. But, if I try using fsck, I receive this message:
fsck from util-linux 2.40.1
e2fsck 1.47.1 (20-May-2024)
/dev/nvme0n1p4 is mounted.
e2fsck: Cannot continue, aborting.

The exact message at the boot is:
LINUX: clean 589780/7888896 files, 7264067/3152000 blocks.
