Font Size could not been enlarged before entering the screen when using Chinese input method Rime

Dears

I am using Thinkpad with a displayer of 12 inches. CachyOS with KDE environment has been installed. This is an excellent experience for surfering the internet and watch videos.

When using Chinese input method Rime, font size of words from both applications and inputing methods are small and could not been set to a large number. It let me see the words with difficulties. How to set the font size in a larger number? Could any help?

If you search fonts in the application launcher, can you find the font adjustment settings?

Dear LightningToaster

Thanks for your help.

For the font size of memu and applications, it works well.

But not work on the inputting methods. Max point of Font size is 10, still a little small.

I looked at the English page of Rime on Arch Wiki and couldn’t really find anything about size of the input. But I’m curious if the Chinese page has any clues about how to change the size:

At windows site, Google Pinyin ,QQ pinyin and Sogou Pinyin, it is very easy to set at this point.

I types Chinese words using Simple Chinese input in rime at CachyOS site.

After reading some config file under ~/.config/fcitx5, no words is related about font point or font size.

to understand the help document you referred, it is not easy for me. i am not understand the file *.yaml.

That is unfortunate, I hope there is someone else in this forum who knows how to configure Rime and who can explain to you. I’m not familiar with this and I tend to stay on the graphical side of Linux most of the time

Thanks and wait for help from others.

The default font point is set at 10 on Fedora 43. It could not been changed there, too. Headache!
