I use CachyOS first time and I understand that CachyOS use the default packet manager “pacman”. But I also understand that we have “paru”.
When I install some packets with “paru”, does the auto-update will find the updates from “paru” too?
pacman -Syu would not find those, as AUR packages are not installed from a repository/mirror. Use paru or a different AUR package installer for this.

Paru is for AUR it is crowdsourced, Pacman is for the packages Cachyos/Arch has.
