CUPS - Samsung CLP-510

Hi, i am new to CachyOS and Linux in general and i am facing my first bigger problem. I am trying to setup my Samsung CLP-510 Color Laserprinter and having not much luck with that.
I installed the driver from the HP homepage: https://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers/samsung-clp-510-color-laser-printer-series/model/19133956
This driver adds Samsung Printers galore into the CUPS printerselection, but not the CLP-510…
Does anyone have this Printer and know what to choose in CUPS to get this printer running?
I added my printer as generic in all variations, i tried to add it as CLP-410 and CLP-610 but it just doesnt print.
…help please

Thanks for reading and if you need any additional information, let me know!
Best Regards
regalis

try to install samsung-unified-driver from the AUR, but first try to remove what you have already installed

looks like others had issues with this driver too, when downloaded from the website, it’s probably only packaged correctly for a different distro https://www.reddit.com/r/archlinux/comments/tpimqh/aur_did_it_again/

Thank you for your reply, i uninstalled the website driver and installed the AUR package.
The installation went through without any errors, but i have the same problem as before, the CLP-510 isnt in the list of Samsung Printers.
I guess i have to choose an other printer from that Samsunglist, the question is which one.
Or is there any generic printer i can choose so that this thing is at least printing anything?
Any help would be much appreciated.
