I’ve been using my x13 gen 6, AMD Ryzen AI 7 PRO 350 w/ Radeon 860M with linux since I got it.
Initially the experience was great (with fedora KDE). Since updating the kernel several months ago I keep getting random freezes/lockups. Sometimes applications takes minutes to launch. Sometimes applications random freeze (but the rest of the desktop seems to stay usable).
At one point I expected it to be a fedora problem, so I did a fresh install of Cachyos with KDE, where I now get exactly the same issues, but they feel a tiny bit worse.
I am already booting with amdgpu.dcdebugmask=0x10 also tried adding KWIN_DRM_NO_DIRECT_SCANOUT=1 to /etc/environment. But this does not fix it, at most makes the problem a bit better.
