Hello,
I try to cast to Chromecast with VLC but it won’t work. I can find my Chromecast via Playback->Renderer but VLC just goes black/stops the movie that is playing locally.

I’ve looked at

and followed step 5.7 (CachyOS already has the packages libmicrodns and protobuf installed, but I added mdns_minimal [NOTFOUND=return] in /etc/nsswitch.conf).
I’ve tried different file types such as .mkv, .mp4, .vob, no one works. I noticed that VLC says that it needs to convert the file first, and I click OK.
What do I need to do more?
