if yes — where to find it? new version or cachyOS wont let me even boot from liveUSB due to smth wrong with gpu driver (im on rx5700xt), so i need previous versions of cachyOS for my liveUSB.

Sure you can, though it may end up requiring more updating, manual intervention, or it may exhibit slightly different default package lists. Differences might be found in the changelogs;

As to where to get an older ISO .. it appears it can be found here;

As the editions/nomenclature has changed somewhat there are no longer “KDE” releases, and now consist of the “Handheld” and “Desktop” editions. So specifically the last 2 regular ISOs would be found here:
