Can anyone recommend a good dock for CachyOS?

I use KDE plasma. Every dock I install fails to load.

I think it’s due to wayland or something, but yeah this has been an issue for me for some time now and why I use gnome lol

Latte used to be excellent, before it was unsupported and breaking.
Now, basically, you use what the DE offers natively. You may have some choice in a WM, but the pickings have become slimmer than they used to be.
And admittedly with 6.0+, the KDE panels have become much better.

Why not just use a KDE panel?
