For me CachyOS is the best distro i found so far. I use with Plasma.
Gaming has been 0 problems other than the expected performance hit, simply perfect. I had 2nd monitor stutter issue on windows that is fully gone in Linux and this distro. Also enabling gsync and framelimiter in Goverlay for gsync works as you would expect. Can’t really say 0 problems but i got some issues my first install, i dont understand what caused it but after re install it is completelly gone and everything works great.
I tried another distro (kubuntu) it was constant stutters and unplesant experience. Gsync didnt even function. This could maybe been cause old nvidia drivers or not. Either way other aspects of CachyOS makes it really great. And wont be suprised if this becomes the main distro for gamers and gamers coming from windows.
To the creators of CachyOS thank you very much. Made me fully switch from windows. Terminal is really good here compared to other distros also.
I will try donate or contribute the community what i can to keep this alive and well.
