Title: Request: Cherry-pick AMD HDMI audio fix for linux-cachyos 7.0.x/7.1-rc
AMD HDMI audio is completely broken on all kernels 6.19+ due to a missing dcn10_dio_construct() call that leaves AFMT HDMI memory unpowered. The root cause has been bisected and a fix reviewed by Alex Deucher has been submitted to amd-gfx.
Affected: Multiple AMD GPU generations confirmed (Navi 48/9070 XT, Lucienne, Cezanne, Renoir) Working: kernel 6.18 LTS only Broken: 6.19, 7.0.x, 7.1-rc3 confirmed
